ASSETGUARD is seeking to fill the full time position of Sales and Marketing Director in the DFW Region.

Primary Objective
The Sales and Marketing Director will be responsible for leading and developing the O&G and Industrial sales
initiatives to grow both the U.S and international business. This role will interface directly with field operations and
manufacturing management to insure that customer expectations are met.

Duties and Responsibilities
 Create and initiate both direct sales and eCommerce sales strategies for Oil & Gas and Industrial markets.
 Lead and guide sales team.
 Create campaign strategies for products and services to drive and accelerate growth.
 Target and capture new industrial markets.
 Consolidate existing customer-base.
 Ensure quality after-sales services.
 Forecast sales projections and achieve the outcomes in a timely manner.
 Train sales and marketing team.
 Manage and update customer databases.
 Monitor competitors' products, services and pricing.
 Initiate appropriate measures to beat competitors' products or services.
 Negotiate MSAs and T&Cs with clients.
 Performs other related duties and/or special projects as required.

Qualifications
The successful candidate must have:
 BA/BS Degree with 10-15 years in B2B product sales capacity, coatings & linings or Oil and Gas experience
preferred.
 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
 Strong ability to problem solve and create options and solutions.
 Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
